Tadiwa has over 19 years of human resources experience in the sectors of agriculture, retail, hospitality, HR consultancy and with the United Nations. He has worked in Canada, USA, Germany, Liberia, Malaysia and Zimbabwe. His experience includes HR administration, recruitment, talent management, training, compensation, employee relations, as well as HR policies and strategies. Tadiwa has a Doctorate of Social Science with a specialization in HR Management and an MSc degree in HR Management and Training, both from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He also has an MBA Degree from MANCOSA, in South Africa, and a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology from Africa University, in Zimbabwe. Tadiwa is married and has two children.  In his spare time, Tadiwa enjoys gardening, reading books, taking walks and playing tennis.
