With more than 15 years of experience across Human Resources, Total Rewards, and HR technology, she has worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, property management, technology, and construction. Marie-Lynn is passionate about designing innovative, people-centered Total Rewards programs that help organizations attract, engage, and retain talent while supporting employees through every stage of their career and life journey.

At EllisDon, she is responsible for shaping Total Rewards strategies that support a diverse and multigenerational workforce, with a focus on compensation, benefits, employee well-being, and inclusive life-stage supports. Known for her practical and employee-focused approach, Marie-Lynn leverages technology and employee feedback to create programs that deliver meaningful employee experiences and sustainable business results. She holds a Bachelor of International Business with concentrations in International Human Resources and Strategic Management and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
