Katrina joined StackAdapt in July 2024 with a focus on amplifying the impact of our people through delivering world class leadership coaching. She has a diverse background across many areas of talent, entrepreneurship, and people leadership and appreciates what’s it’s like to lead a growing team in a rapid paced and complex environment. Her 9 years in Talent Development at Shopify provide her with strategic insight into many facets of leadership development programming which she is applying in her new role, building out the leadership coaching function at StackAdapt.
