Jodie is a values-driven executive and transformative HR leader with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of People, Culture, and Technology. Her career spans high tech, public sector, education, health, and federal leadership, with each chapter deepening her commitment to shaping the future of work.

As Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at a Canadian Federal Crown Corporation driving nuclear innovation, Jodie leads enterprise-wide strategies that align human potential with organizational purpose. Her work centers on building agile, data-informed, legislatively sound, and human-centered workplaces designed to adapt and flourish in times of innovation and transition.

A passionate advocate for the ethical and strategic integration of technology, including Artificial Intelligence into human systems, Jodie explores how intelligent automation, workforce analytics, and digital ethics can augment (rather than replace!) human capability. By emphasizing empathy, inclusion, and evidence-based decision-making, her approach to AI in HR fosters more resilient, equitable, and future-ready organizations.

Jodie holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategic and HR Management, the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation, and is a Qualified Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada. She also contributes to the profession as a member of the HRPA’s CHRE Review Committee, helping define standards of excellence in HR leadership.
