Donna leads a multi-functional team focused on creating a great employee experience at Hydro Ottawa. This includes oversight for organizational change management, employee communications and engagement, learning and leadership development, performance, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee wellness as well as reward and recognition and employee attraction.
Prior to joining Hydro Ottawa, Donna was at The Conference Board of Canada where she held the position of Director, Leadership, Learning and Organization Research and Advisory Services and previous to that, had held numerous senior roles in organizational development and change and human resources management in the health care, health sciences, high tech and manufacturing sectors. Donna holds a Masters in Human Systems Intervention, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Human Resources Management Post Graduate Certificate. She is also a certified personal and professional coach.
