Donna Burnett Vachon

Donna leads a multi-functional team focused on creating a great employee experience at Hydro Ottawa. This includes: oversight for organizational change management; employee communications and engagement; learning and leadership development; performance; diversity, equity and inclusion; employee wellness; reward and recognition; and employee attraction.

Prior to joining Hydro Ottawa, she was director of leadership, learning and organization research and advisory services at the Conference Board of Canada. Previously, she held numerous senior roles in organizational development and change, human resources management in health care, health sciences, high-tech and manufacturing sectors. Burnett Vachon holds a master’s degree in human systems intervention, a bachelor of science in psychology and a human resources management post-graduate certificate. She’s also a certified personal and professional coach.
