Chantal is a dynamic leader with a strong foundation in business development, shaped by years of experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead for Business Development and Partnerships at uOttawa, Chantal has spent the past 12 years building bridges between academia and industry. She began her journey at the university as a CO-OP representative for Employer Relations and took on leadership of the team in 2017. A natural connector, Chantal is passionate about helping organizations find the right expertise on campus to support their goals. She is also a founding member of Hire Local Ottawa, an initiative that reflects her commitment to strengthening local economic ties and fostering meaningful partnerships.
