During more than 20 years with the organization, she has grown through progressive leadership roles while helping shape a culture where people, leaders, and teams can thrive.

She leads the organization's Human Resources strategy, with a focus on leadership development, employee engagement, organizational culture, talent management, and workplace wellbeing. Working alongside frontline, operational, and professional teams has given Annie a practical perspective on building trust, connection, and accountability across diverse and multigenerational workforces.

In addition to her executive leadership role, Annie is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) who is passionate about helping leaders become more self-aware and intentional in the impact they have on their teams. She enjoys sharing practical, experience-based insights that leaders can immediately apply within their own organizations.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys distance running, where she has learned that meaningful progress comes through consistency, resilience, and showing up every day—qualities she believes are equally important in leadership.
