Her expertise spans all core areas of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to talent management and organizational transformation. Stefanie is deeply passionate about cultivating talent and advancing professional development, consistently driving programs that enhance both individual and team performance.
Stefanie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa, followed by graduate studies in Strategic HR Management at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. Currently, she spearheads the global People strategy at Field Effect, a leader in the cybersecurity industry. In this role, she is dedicated to building and nurturing a high-performance team that drives the company's success.
