Nelcy is a graduate from Carleton University with a Honours Bachelor's Degree in Law and Legal Studies. By second year of university, although she had a passion for law she knew she did not want to become a lawyer but always had an interest in the recruitment and selection process which led her to look further into the Human Resources field. One week after graduation, she decided to continue her education and she completed her Graduate Certificate from Algonquin College in Human Resource Management. She has been working in the HR space for the last 5 years where she has had the opportunity to work within the restaurant industry, manufacturing industry, and now she has tapped into the entertainment industry, more specifically in animation. When she is not "working", she enjoys networking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
