Nathalie is the Director of Human Resources at CENGN, where she has been a driving force in shaping the organization’s people and culture strategy since 2017. With a clear vision to evolve HR into a strategic people services function, Nathalie has been instrumental in embedding talent development, employee empowerment, and organizational collaboration into the fabric of CENGN’s success.

As a core member of CENGN’s executive team, she plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission by aligning people strategy with business goals—supporting growth, innovation, and resilience across the company. Her leadership has been pivotal in rebuilding organizational capacity, cultivating a bold and balanced workplace culture, and guiding CENGN through periods of transformation and renewal.

Nathalie brings over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning the public sector, international corporate services, hospitality, and technology. A multi-graduate of Algonquin College, she combines her foundations in Risk Management and Human Resources to deliver thoughtful, people-first leadership.

Beyond her professional role, Nathalie is an active board member and committed community volunteer, using her voice and experience to champion inclusive, future-ready workplaces. She is also a proud wife and mother, who brings the same dedication and passion to her personal life as she does to her work—believing deeply in the value of connection, contribution, and care in all areas of life.
