Lisa is a strategic senior human resources leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries and jurisdictions. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Welch LLP, she leads a team supporting over 300 staff and is a key member of the firm’s senior leadership. Lisa is recognized for her ability to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational change, and foster inclusive workplace cultures. Her expertise spans talent and performance management, organizational design, total rewards, and labour relations. She holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Relations Management from the University of British Columbia.
