In her day-to-day role, Kathryn manages Smart & Biggar’s talent team and oversees the creation and execution of the firm’s talent strategy to ensure we attract and retain Canada’s top IP legal experts. With a focus on supporting people, listening and finding solutions to resolve issues, Kathryn provides a professional and dynamic HR structure that encourages people to realize their goals and achieve business success.
Before joining Smart & Biggar, Kathryn previously worked for a leading regional accounting firm, driving their HR strategic function for the last seven years. Drawing on her extensive experience, Kathryn strives to ensure that we are a true employer of choice.
