An alumnus of the Telfer School of Management, Dani now serves as Giatec’s Human Resources Generalist. In her role, Dani has played a key role in scaling the business from 67 employees when she originally joined as a co-op student, to 150 employees over her 3.5-year tenure. Dani has led the transformation of Giatec’s co-op program to become a strategic funnel for new talent, which has resulted in approximately 14.5% of Giatec’s permanent, full-time workforce being former co-op students. Dani now leads all things related to HR operations during the employee’s active employment. A major area of Dani’s focus is on building Giatec’s culture of inclusivity, passion, and innovation. Dani is particularly passionate about promoting an environment where purpose driven work is a reality for every team member and where everyone can do their best work.
