Christine joined Thales in 2019, as Director of Human Resources for its growing defence and security business in Canada. An HR professional with a diverse background in learning, talent management, culture and organizational development, Christine spent 14 years with General Dynamics in a variety of roles including Strategic Sourcing & Labour Relations, Head of HR for General Dynamics UK, Learning & Development and Senior Manager of Talent Management. Prior to joining Thales, Christine was the Manager of People & Culture for IFS, a global software development firm. Christine graduated from Carleton University with a degree in Commerce & Human Resources. Passionate about ongoing development, she also holds a Talent Management Certification from the Institute of Organization Development, a Mini-MBA through McGill University, multiple certifications in leadership assessment tools, and is a Certified Coach through Integral Coaching Canada. Christine lives in the National Capital Region with her spouse and family.
