Angie has dedicated the past 25 years to serving with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) as a civilian employee where she has held various leadership positions. Throughout her career, Angie has been committed to public safety and organizational excellence, impacting various RCMP programs and policies through her strategic vision and leadership. As interim Chief of Staff to the Commissioner, she played a critical role in shaping policy and overseeing the execution of high-level initiatives. Her strategic and human resources management expertise, as Strategic Advisor to the Chief Human Resources Officer, contributed to the success of key human resources strategies enhancing workforce management and development across the organization. Currently, Angie serves as the Director of Workplace Well-Being. In this role, she spearheads efforts to promote a healthy and supportive work environment, focusing on the mental and physical well-being of RCMP personnel. Her initiatives in this domain have been instrumental in fostering a culture of well-being, resilience, and support within the force. Angie recently completed her Master's Degree in Public Safety equipping her with contemporary insights and knowledge, which she integrates into her strategic leadership duties and unrelenting aspirations to drive positive change within the organization. Outside of her professional life, Angie is a devoted mother to two teenagers. She is also an avid runner and a fitness enthusiast, balancing her demanding career with a commitment to personal health and well-being. Her career with the RCMP is a testament to her dedication, expertise, and passion for public service.
