Andriana is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and experienced people and culture strategist with over a decade of experience in human resources, organizational design, and leadership development. As Senior People Business Partner at Knak, she collaborates with leaders across the organization to align people strategy with business priorities, foster engagement, and build a culture where individuals and teams can thrive.
At Knak, Andriana leads initiatives in talent management, succession planning, performance enablement, and job levelling, helping the company strengthen leadership pipelines and scale sustainably. Her data-driven and human-centered approach ensures every initiative strengthens engagement, collaboration, and well-being across the organization.
Prior to joining Knak, Andriana spent nearly a decade in retail, where she rose through progressive HR leadership roles, culminating as Head of HR Business Partnerships. There, she played a key role in developing cultural frameworks, leading change initiatives, and supporting executive teams through periods of organizational transformation.
Andriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Concordia University in Montreal, graduating with distinction. She also earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from Carleton University, a Human Resources Business Partner Certificate through the Human Resources Professionals Association and Forrest & Company, and a Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) in Social Sciences from John Abbott College.
